Areas of practice include family law (divorce, custody & visitation (now known as "parenting plan" and "parenting time"), child support, modification, contempt, and adoption and paternity) as well as dependency in cases where there is an allegation of abuse, abandonment, or neglect of a minor child.
Mr. Marlowe is also a Florida Supreme Court Family Law Mediator.
Mr. Marlowe also has a business litigation practice, and represents a number of corporate clients in cases involving construction disputes, landlord tenant law, and other real estate and business-related litigation including deed restriction litigation.
Admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and also the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida
