A Civil Approach To Florida Family Law
As your attorney in a divorce or family law case, I will only be as aggressive as I need to be to help you reach your goals.
Our firm is 100% dedicated to giving each and every client our full attention while the COVID-19 remains present. Our office is currently closed to in-person appointments but we are otherwise fully operational. We are utilizing Zoom video conferencing and/or phone conferencing for new and existing clients. The courts have moved to this as well. Any scheduled office appointment, court date, mediation, etc. are currently still taking place, unless otherwise indicated, will be telephonic or via Zoom.
Protecting Your Property And Your Relationships
I recognize that there is no such thing as an easy divorce. That is why I ask my clients to consider the alternatives before initiating a divorce action. If there is a way to save your marriage, I can point you to counseling services to help you do that. If divorce is inevitable, however, I will help you through the legal steps while safeguarding your finances and your relationships with your children.
I am Russell G. Marlowe, a family law attorney with offices in New Port Richey and Lutz, Florida. I represent business owners, wage earners, retirees, and stay-at-home moms and dads throughout Pasco and neighboring counties.
Our Practice Areas
Personal Attention At A Time You Need It Most
Family law cases are about personal matters: your children, your finances, your property and your relationships. You deserve to have personal service.
At Russell G. Marlowe, you will be represented by me, a lawyer with more than 32 years of family law experience. You won’t have to go through layers of staff or associate attorneys to get answers to your questions. You’ll talk with me or my paralegal, Jill Macaluso. You’ll get a prompt response – usually on the same day.
“Mr. Marlowe came highly recommended and took over my case with great energy and enthusiasm. He was better than my wife’s lawyer, simple as that.”
