Biography
Linda I. Braithwaite focuses her practice on representing clients in Trinity, throughout West Florida, and statewide in complex family law disputes, including divorce, child custody, equitable distribution, step-parent adoptions, dependency and support matters, as well as assisting in the formation of prenuptial agreements and domestic partnerships.
In addition, she is a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and is trained in Collaborative Family Practice. In the collaborative family law process, the parties to a divorce agree to avoid litigation and resolve all issues through peaceful negotiation and a truly respectful approach.
Ms. Braithwaite is a Specialist in Marital Law and Family Law, as certified by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization as an expert in the area of Family Law.
